TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS
The Call Centre is the new centre for information and reservations. With a phonecall it is possible to receive information and updated news about the museum as well as booking the day and the time of the tour, didactic tour service and the headsets. The reservation is compulsory for all the visitors.
The way of payment is personalized according to the customers' needs: the payment can be done by bank transfer, by postal order or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

ONLINE BOOKING
The online reservation precedure allows a range of steps. Doing so, the user can check the avilability for the chosen date. The user can also choose the time and the type of ticket (see “tickets”).
The online purchase allows the payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS); let us remind you to keep your credit card at hand while you are booking online, and to enter the requested card details correctly.
All the online reservations cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded as pointed out in the web pages foregoing the payment and in the e-mail that will be sent as a confirmation of the reservation.
Note: We want to warn our customers that the online purchase is restricted to a maximum of 10 tickets. If more than 10 tickets are needed, please get in touch with our Call centre. The advanced payment by credit card is requested.
